I recently stayed at the Side La Grande Resort & Spa and had a wonderful time. The hotel boasts a fantastic array of amenities and dining options, offering something for everyone. My family and I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the engaging entertainment provided by the animation team. However, our experience was marred by a few issues, including initial check-in problems and a somewhat underwhelming disco. Overall, it was a great holiday experience, but improvements are needed in some areas.
Overall, this hotel experience was quite disappointing, especially as it was meant to be a relaxing holiday for our anniversary. We faced issues with the staff's service and felt very much overlooked compared to other guests. On the bright side, the room was spacious and comfy. However, the dining options were repetitive and the sunbed situation caused quite a bit of frustration.
